Retail Customers:

By creating an account you shop quicker. You enter your personal info once,  you can use and save a want list for all your future needs, quickly use discount codes and gift cards. You can track and check the status of all your order history.

On the other hand, you can also checkout as guest.

Either way all your personal info will be stored in our system except your card info.We do not have access or store that kind of info. All credit card info is entered after you get redirected to PayPal website. So your card information is fully secured by the terms and conditions of PayPal site.

All retail accounts are activated automatically.

Wholesale Customers:

Please click while registering the Distribution Customer box that appears on the registration page and fill all the necessary information. Your account will be activated automatically as a common retail account with retail prices and availability.

Within 48 hours, once we cross-check your info, we will change your account from retail to wholesale and we will send you a confirmation email.

From that point and on, when you log in the website, you will only see the distribution catalog with prices, availability and zone restrictions and all the retail only releases will not appear at all.

Thus, if you also want to purchase along with your wholesale orders non distributed titles only available on retail please, then create a second non wholesale account or email us with the retail only records that you want to be added on your wholesale order.

Please also note that only on wholesale orders the requested quantities might be reduced as we have to verify availability. Due to the fact that we mostly handle limited pressings in some occasions there might be quantity limitations per customer in order to be able to meet the demand. Within a working day's time we will contact you to confirm availability, final shipping costs and payment options. Only then, after your final confirmation, we will process your order.
