For retail customers:
Pending Order Status: Your order has been placed though payment was not completed successfully.
In this case please log-in on our website, go to My Account → Orders → Details and either choose Retry Payment to pay the existing order or Re-Order to place a new order from start with the same items and quantities on basket. Either way orders with remaining pending order status and pending payment status do not reserve quantities and after 3 working days get canceled from our system with no other action taking place.
Processing Order Status: Your order has been placed, payment was completed successfully and the stock has been reserved for you.
In this case everything went smoothly and in one working day your order will get carefully packed and shipped with your preferred shipping option. Only in case your order contains one or more Pre-Orders, then your parcel will be shipped when all items are available.
Complete Order Status: Your order has been packed and will be immediately dispatched. You will soon receive an email with all the shipping information regarding your order.
Canceled order status: Your order has been canceled and no further action will take place regarding this order.
We only cancel orders of retail customers when over 3 working days pass and order is still unpaid. These kind of orders have both Order and Payment status set as pending in the automatic emails you receive. If you receive that kind of email and you do not take any action paying your order within 3 working days, following the steps mentioned in Pending Order Status, then your order will be canceled.
For wholesale customers:
Pending Order Status: Your order has been placed successfully. Within a working day's time we will contact you to confirm availability, final shipping costs and payment options. Only then, after your final confirmation, we will process your order.
Processing Order Status: Your final order confirmation has been received and all requested quantities have been reserved for you. Within 5 working days your payment must be cleared as well(except when noted), otherwise your order will be canceled.
As soon as your payment clears, your order will get carefully packed and shipped with your preferred shipping option. Only in case your order contains one or more Pre-Orders, then your parcel will be shipped when all items are available.
Complete Order Status: Your payment has been received successfully. Your order has been packed and will be immediately dispatched. You will soon receive an email with all the shipping information regarding your order.
Canceled order status: Your order has been canceled and no further action will take place regarding this order.
We only cancel orders of wholesale customers when over 5 working days pass(except when noted) and we still do not have any proof of payment. Before we cancel your order you will receive an email alert as well. We mainly take this action because we do not want to keep reserved unpaid stock from limited pressings and releases.
Payment status apply to retail and wholesale customers the same way with Pending and Paid values.
Shipping status apply to retail and wholesale customers the same way with Not Yet Shipped and Shipped values.
