Description:
Nikitas Kissonas has been the guitarist of Greek prog bands Verbal Delirium and Yianneis and released two albums with the former and one with the latter. Following his 2011’s debut self-released solo album The Fall Of Bliss (“An album of surprising power and subtlety” - Prog magazine) in which he played most of the instruments, Nikitas Kissonas this time collaborates with musicians from around the world for his second ambitious progressive rock concept album. All musicians in this album are involved with bands that have released highly critical acclaimed albums the last couple of years. However, in this album they all exhibit a different side of their progressively multiangular musical personality. The album is divided into four distinctive chapters. The concept is about the exterior influences in matter of thought-manipulation, the interior struggle for mind clarity, the exposition on a self-destructive society and the too-late-warning of its final collapse. Musically, it flows from electric to acoustic to electronic to ambient.
