Doublestone is a Stoner Rock trio from Copenhagen, Denmark. Founded in 2011 by Jamie and Bo as a two man band, later that year Kristian (Bo's cousin) joined the band. But that only tells part of the story. Raining down an old school vibe, a la Graveyard, Kadavar, but entirely their own. You don't even have to listen that assertively and you'll pick up smatterings of every corner of classic rock. Nothing's left unexplored, psych, prog, southern rock, the early beginnings of the genre and its latter days alike, and naturally being good ol' Danes, there's nice subtle touch of Nordic twang underwriting the whole thing.
