Moving in a groovier, more psychedelic direction with their latest release Eclectica, Pseudo Mind Hive have returned with arguably their best release to date. A short-but-sweet 5-track EP, Eclectica draws on inspiration from blues and garage rock, with the listener quick to fall into a cacophony of sounds ranging from The Black Keys to Ty Segall to King Crimson to The Allman Brothers. This really is as eclectic as the title suggests. Don't let the name fool you though, because while the tracklisting offers a diverse listening experience, the result of the album is as fulfilling as they come. Eclectica is pressed onto classic black wax and limited to 500 copies worldwide.
