Leipzig artist fastmusic proudly announces the release of their debut album, "I Want to Love and I Love," on the renowned label Fun In The Church. This album follows last year’s double single "wow/funk in the kitchen (dream).""I Want to Love, and I Love" combines a pious wish and a declaration of intent, offering listeners a unique musical journey. Fastmusic is the new sensation on the Internet. They make music with feeling and passion. They sing about feelings and passion and sound more like deliberate deceleration than DSL speed. Usually a monotonous drum computer beat runs through from start to finish, preparing the bed for the vocals and guitars, which then lie down freshly washed in the rhythm, start to dream and sing about this dream. Perhaps not always in harmony, and sometimes without turning a blind eye, but always overwhelmingly beautiful. With just a few chords and minimalist arrangements, fastmusic's blues music creates tensions that often culminate in psychedelic passages. The way the guitar is played sounds partly inspired by music from Mali and all over the world. As recently as 20 January, fastmusic released their first single "wow" on the international label "Fun in the Church", with lyrics about "very good deals". A "golden handshake" for the future. The next single "funk in the kitchen (dream)" was released on March, 24th and Dancing in the sun, their third single, was released on July 5th. (If you like Art Feynman, Ali Farka Touré or Connan Mockasin, this might be something for you. For those who like Herbert Grönemeyer, Khruangbin or Masha Qrella: you might like this one too!)
